1 Agreement to Terms
These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between you (the "User" or "Player") and KingExchange (that's us - "we", "our", "us"). By using our platform in any way - creating an account, depositing money, placing bets, or even just browsing - you're agreeing to follow these rules.
We know legal documents can be boring and confusing, so we've tried to write this in a way that actually makes sense. If you have questions about any part of this, just ask us.
2 Who Can Use KingExchange (Eligibility)
Before you create an account, make sure you meet these requirements:
- You must be 18 years or older. This is non-negotiable. We take underage gambling seriously, and if we find out you're under 18, your account will be closed immediately and any funds forfeited.
- Betting must be legal where you live. It's your responsibility to know the laws in your area. We can't keep track of every country's and state's gambling laws.
- You can only have ONE account. Creating multiple accounts is not allowed. If we catch you with more than one account, all of them will be closed.
- You're using your own money. The funds you deposit must belong to you, not borrowed or stolen from someone else.
- You're of sound mind. If you're under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or if you're not mentally capable of making financial decisions, please don't bet.
⚠️ We Verify Ages
We may ask for proof of age at any time - government ID, Aadhaar, PAN card, passport, etc. If you can't prove you're 18+, your account will be suspended until you do.
3 Account Registration & Security
Creating Your Account
When you sign up with us, you need to:
- Provide accurate information - your real name, phone number, and payment details
- Keep your information updated - if you change your phone number or bank account, let us know
- Use only one account per person per household
Keeping Your Account Safe
Your account security is your responsibility. Here's what that means:
- Don't share your login details with anyone - not friends, not family, not even us (we'll never ask for your password)
- Use a strong password - don't use "123456" or your birthday
- Log out on shared devices - if you're using someone else's phone or computer
- Tell us immediately if you think someone else accessed your account
If someone else uses your account (whether you gave them access or not), you're responsible for any bets they place or money they lose.
When We Might Suspend Your Account
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or close your account if:
- You violate any of these terms
- We suspect fraud or cheating
- You're abusive to our support staff
- We're required to by law or regulators
- You haven't used your account for 12+ months (dormant account)
4 Deposits - Adding Money to Your Account
How Deposits Work
- Minimum deposit: ₹100 - You can start with as little as hundred rupees
- No maximum limit - Deposit as much as you're comfortable with (but please bet responsibly)
- Instant crediting - Most deposits show up in your account within 1-2 minutes

- Bank Transfer (IMPS/NEFT)
- Paytm Wallet
Important Rules About Deposits
- Use your own payment methods - The bank account, UPI, or wallet must be in your name
- We may ask for proof - Screenshots of transactions, bank statements, etc.
- Deposits are for betting only - Don't use us as a money transfer service
💡 Deposit Not Showing Up?
Sometimes banks are slow. If your deposit doesn't appear within 10 minutes, send us the transaction screenshot on WhatsApp and we'll sort it out quickly.
5 Withdrawals - Getting Your Money Out
How Withdrawals Work
- Minimum withdrawal: ₹500
- No maximum limit - Withdraw all your winnings if you want
- Processing time: 10-15 minutes - Most withdrawals are processed very quickly
- Same method as deposit - We generally send money back the way it came in
Withdrawal Requirements
- Your account must be verified (we may ask for ID if we haven't already)
- You must have wagered your deposit at least once (this prevents money laundering)
- Any active bonuses must meet their wagering requirements first
- Bank account/UPI must be in your name
When Withdrawals Might Be Delayed
We try to process every withdrawal as fast as possible, but sometimes there are delays:
- First withdrawal - We need to verify your identity (usually takes 30 minutes to a few hours)
- Large amounts - Withdrawals over ₹50,000 may take longer for security checks
- Bank issues - Sometimes banks are slow, especially on holidays
- Suspicious activity - If something looks off, we'll investigate before releasing funds
⚠️ No Chargebacks
If you dispute a deposit with your bank or payment provider (chargeback), your account will be immediately suspended. We treat chargebacks very seriously because they're often used for fraud.
6 Betting Rules & Settlement
Placing Bets
- All bets are final - Once you confirm a bet, it cannot be cancelled
- Check before confirming - Make sure the amount and selection are correct before clicking "Place Bet"
- Minimum bet: ₹10 - Maximum varies by market
- Bet within your balance - You can only bet what's in your account
How We Settle Bets
- We use official results from governing bodies (BCCI, ICC, FIFA, etc.)
- Results are final once we settle them - even if they're later changed
- If an event is cancelled or abandoned, bets may be voided and stakes returned
- In case of a dead heat (tie), winnings are divided proportionally
Errors and Voided Bets
Sometimes things go wrong. If there's an obvious error - wrong odds displayed, technical glitch, etc. - we reserve the right to:
- Void the bet and return your stake
- Correct the bet to the right odds
- Cap winnings at a reasonable level
We don't do this often, and we always try to be fair. But if someone exploits a clear mistake, we're not going to pay out a million rupees on what should have been a 10 rupee win.
💡 Disputes on Results
If you think we settled a bet incorrectly, contact us within 7 days with evidence (screenshots, official result links). We'll review and correct if we made a mistake.
7 Bonuses & Promotions
How Bonuses Work
We offer various bonuses - welcome bonus, reload bonus, referral bonus, etc. Each bonus has its own rules, but here are the basics:
- Read the specific terms - Each promotion has its own requirements
- Wagering requirements - Most bonuses need to be wagered a certain number of times before withdrawal
- Time limits - Bonuses expire if not used within the specified period
- One bonus at a time - You generally can't combine multiple bonuses
Bonus Abuse
We want to reward genuine players, not bonus hunters. The following will result in bonus and possibly winnings being voided:
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly
- Hedging bets across different platforms to guarantee profit from bonuses
- Colluding with other players
- Any other form of bonus abuse or manipulation
We're pretty good at spotting these things. Don't try to be clever - just play normally and enjoy the bonuses as intended.
8 Fair Play & Prohibited Activities
We want everyone to have a fair chance. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure:
What's Not Allowed
- Match-fixing or spot-fixing - If you have inside information about a fixed match, don't bet on it here
- Using bots or scripts - All bets must be placed manually by a human
- Collusion - Working with other players to gain unfair advantage
- Money laundering - Using our platform to clean dirty money
- Fraud - Using stolen cards, fake identities, or other deceptive practices
- Arbitrage abuse - Exploiting odds differences between platforms systematically
- Multiple accounts - One person = one account
What Happens If You Cheat
- Your account will be closed immediately
- All funds may be forfeited
- You'll be banned permanently
- We may report you to authorities if criminal activity is suspected
- We may share your details with other betting platforms
9 Responsible Gaming
Betting should be fun, not a source of stress or financial problems. We take responsible gaming seriously:
- Set limits - You can ask us to set deposit, loss, or betting limits on your account
- Take breaks - Request a cooling-off period (24 hours to 30 days)
- Self-exclude - You can exclude yourself from betting for 6 months or more
- Get help - If you think you have a gambling problem, we can point you to resources

Betting involves risk. You might lose. Please only bet with money you can afford to lose without affecting your daily life, bills, or family.
10 Privacy & Your Data
We collect some personal information to run our service - your name, phone number, payment details, betting history, etc. Here's what we do with it:
- Provide service - Process deposits, withdrawals, and bets
- Security - Prevent fraud and protect your account
- Legal compliance - Meet our regulatory obligations

11 Limitation of Liability
We try our best to provide a reliable service, but we can't guarantee everything will always work perfectly:
- Technical issues - Sometimes websites go down, apps crash, or servers have problems
- Losses from betting - We're not responsible for your gambling losses
- Third-party issues - Bank delays, payment processor problems, etc.
- Your decisions - You're responsible for your betting choices
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we're not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the funds in your account.
12 Disputes & Complaints
If You Have a Problem
- Contact support first - Message us on WhatsApp with details of your issue
- Provide evidence - Screenshots, transaction IDs, bet slips, etc.
- Give us time - We try to resolve issues within 24-48 hours
- Escalate if needed - If you're not satisfied, ask to speak to a manager
Most issues are simple misunderstandings that can be resolved quickly. We're reasonable people - if we made a mistake, we'll fix it.
If We Can't Agree
If we can't resolve a dispute informally, either party may pursue binding arbitration. Legal proceedings will be conducted in English, and decisions will be final.
13 Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make significant changes:
- We'll update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
- We may notify you via WhatsApp or email for major changes
- Continuing to use KingExchange after changes means you accept the new terms
