1) Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, “your”) and KingExch9 (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated by reference.

2) Eligibility (18+)

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring that betting/gaming is legal in your location.
  • We may require KYC at any time and may suspend access upon failure to comply.

3) Account Registration & Security

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it updated.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all actions under your account.
  • We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts for breach, fraud, abuse, or risk concerns.

4) Deposits, Withdrawals & Balances

  • Deposits must originate from methods legally owned/controlled by you; proof may be requested.
  • Withdrawals may require verification and compliance checks; timelines can vary.
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes may lead to suspension and recovery actions.
  • We are not responsible for delays by banks, PSPs, networks, or force majeure events.

5) Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering

  • Each offer specifies eligibility, wagering requirements, and expiry; those rules prevail in conflicts.
  • Bonus abuse (hedging, multi-accounting, etc.) voids bonuses and may forfeit winnings.

6) Betting Rules & Settlement

  • All bets are final once placed and confirmed; cancellations are not permitted after confirmation.
  • Markets and results are settled per our published rules and official data sources.
  • In case of palpable/technical error or misconfiguration, we may void or adjust affected bets.
  • Our settlement decisions are final and binding.

7) Fair Play, Anti-Fraud & AML

  • Prohibited: chargeback abuse, collusion, match-fixing, bots/scripts, chip dumping, multi-accounting, and money laundering.
  • We cooperate with payment providers and authorities for AML/CFT and may report suspicious activity.
  • Enhanced due diligence (EDD), source-of-funds, or transaction evidence may be requested at any time.

8) Responsible Gaming

  • Bet responsibly. Never wager funds you cannot afford to lose. Set personal limits and take breaks.
  • Self-exclusion: request temporary or permanent exclusion; we will apply reasonable restrictions.
  • We reference third-party support organizations for problem gaming where available.

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KingExch9 and affiliates from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or applicable laws.
  • Service is provided “as is” and “as available”; uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

13) Suspension, Restriction & Termination

  • Access may be suspended/restricted/terminated for breach, fraud, AML risk, or regulatory concerns.
  • Upon termination, funds may be withheld pending investigation or compliance requirements.

14) Disputes & Resolution

  • Contact support first with complete details and evidence.
  • If unresolved, disputes may escalate internally and, if necessary, proceed to arbitration (Section 15).

15) Governing Law & Arbitration

These Terms are governed by international gaming and arbitration principles (INTL). Any dispute shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration in English, under widely recognized international arbitration rules. The seat/venue shall be designated by us, considering neutrality and convenience. Each party bears its own legal costs unless directed otherwise by the tribunal.

16) Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be communicated via the website or user interface.
